If the industry is taxed too heavily no one will want to participate including women.
There are plenty of other things that could be taxed and re-taxed that would produce more revenue like tobacco and alcohol. That would actually do more good than harm.

As far as I have read in Internet forums Rohypnol is a widely accepted practice:
